DOUBLE FOR SILVER ARROWS IN BRAZIL!

First race of ERO Season is ended! In Brazil we could see many interesting actions - and a dominant Mercedes which takes double with realbarca and JesperFey!

The race weekend started with raining qualifying session, but drivers decided to make their laps on slick tyres. That decision had a big price - six drivers did not finish qualifying session, and Hartnell was even disqualified for blocking pitlane after he span! Finally, JesperFey took the pole and realbarca was next to him on the grid.

During the race we had beautiful sunny weather. Realbarca did not take the lead from Jesper on the start, but at the back we had big carnage. Many drivers lost their front wings and some of them had to go to the pits. Especially Simo and Fury had really big problems with making decent results. Both did not finish the race.

This race was a disaster for both Force India. We have written about Simo, but what about JIMI? He had a decent start and he even was P3 for a while. Unfortunately, he lost control on Turn 5 and crashed into the wall. That accident cost him losing potential to get strong points. When all drivers came to the pits, we saw something which was clearly impossible - koemmberger and ghaieth both were starting from back. But they decided to make an overcut, cause they had soft tyres. That allowed them to make big progress - they were both even on a podium places for a minute. But when they pitted, both lost positions - koemmberger still had a chance to get TOP 5, and ghaieth was in the points.

At the end we had a lot of drama. It all began with WannabeSenna on lap 33, who also lost control at Turn 5. Also it made Fury to spin and he also retired, but with coming out from the lobby. Just a few seconds later on corner 13 we saw next disaster - JesperFey made a mistake and span. It did not cost his position directly, but that incident made him unable to fight for the lead.

Just two laps later we saw Hentrix, who massively span and came into the grass - at Turn 13. I think T5 and T13 are one big problem for our drivers. The Spaniard came as far from the track as... game put him automatically back into it. Fortunately we have ghosting, so noone crashed into teleported McLaren.

Remaining in lap 35, we had big collision. Coming into Turn 5, romm and koemmberger were coming wheel-to-wheel. It was at the same moment, when juregoj lost connection, so our commentator went to him to see he's out. One second later koemm came into romm pushing him into the wall, which made the Frenchman retiring from the race. His teammate matt almost came into retiring romm, but fortunately he stood on track.

Koemmberger was explaining that his tyres were done and he could not control the car. But as we can see on matt's camera, that manouvre was obvious and headsteward gave the Austrian 10-second time penalty.

This race is won by realbarca! And Mercedes has a double, because behind him came JesperFey! Beautiful race by Dutchmen, really congratulations! Third place was taken by juan, who is racing for Ferrari.
